Pharm.D: Pass in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Mathematics or D.Pharm from a PCI-approved institution. Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate): B.Pharm degree from a recognized institution. M.Pharm: B.Pharm degree from a PCI-approved institution with the required qualifying marks. Step 2: Obtain and Submit the Application Form Collect the application form from the college admission office or apply through the college's admission portal. Fill in the application form with accurate personal and academic details. Attach all required documents. Submit the completed application before the prescribed deadline. Step 3: Merit Evaluation The college evaluates applications based on: Eligibility criteria Academic performance in the qualifying examination Applicable admission guidelines and seat availability.
